What is a Techtail autonomous store?

A store open 24 hours with no queues, no tills and no staff. AI cameras and weight sensors on every shelf detect what customers take, and payment happens automatically on the way out.
What formats are there?

Four in-house formats: Flex Store (modular), Full Store (20 to 500 m²), Corner Store (built into existing businesses) and Cabinet (compact).
Where can it be installed?

Anywhere someone needs to buy: petrol stations, hotels, gyms, campuses, coworkings, campsites, stadiums and supermarkets.
What does my space need?

The format is plug and play: it only needs internet and electricity. Dimensions are adapted to each project.
Who restocks and runs the store?

The operator. Techtail designs, builds and installs the store and provides all the technology, maintenance and support. You restock and manage the product range, helped by the platform: real-time sales, stock and restocking alerts.
How do customers buy?

They leave their phone number to get the receipt, tap their card to open the door, take what they want without scanning anything and walk out. Payment and receipt arrive automatically.
What comes as standard?

Management platform, AI cameras, weight sensors on every shelf, access control and payment authentication, and automatic charging on exit. The technology isn't charged separately.
Where are the stores built?

We design, develop and build them in Barcelona, with no intermediaries.
How long does installation take?

8 weeks maximum from signing to opening, manufacturing included. Once built, a Flex Store is installed in under 72 hours.
How much does it cost?

Investment ranges from €25,000 to €120,000 depending on format and size, plus a monthly platform subscription. You get a firm quote in the free implementation study.
