The information provided through this channel must be truthful and refer exclusively to an action or omission that could constitute a legal breach or a violation of our General Code of Conduct.
The regulations guarantee that no retaliation will be taken against individuals who properly use the Ethics Channel. However, they also establish penalties for cases of misuse, such as submitting false information.
What can you do through the Ethics Channel?
- Written reports: submit reports securely and confidentially.
- Voice recordings: submit reports through voice recordings.
- Follow-up: track previously submitted reports using a unique code.
Non-permitted use
The Ethics Channel may not be used for other purposes, including purely labour matters that do not involve legal breaches (such as interpersonal disputes that do not constitute harassment or issues with working conditions), nor complaints related to the day-to-day management of services provided by the Group's companies (for example, incidents at a service station), which must be handled through the channels established for that purpose.
